The onions are selected, peeled then infused in our bottles of oil, thus preserving all their delicious characteristics. The outcome is a very handy condiment which brings even the simplest of dishes to life.
Use this to start off a delicious pasta sauce, or drizzle it over salads, bruschetta, vegetables, meat or even fish. When we are hosting a dinner, we often use this to make a simple delicious guacamole to serve during the aperitif.
