One of our more unique products is without a doubt our Rosemary and Pink peppercorn Oil. The balsamic notes of the rosemary combine deliciously with the sweeter fruity notes of the pink peppercorns, giving our extra virgin olive oil a unique twist.
This oil is pleasingly spicy and aromatic, and is amazing served with sword fish, tuna and salmon, and also beef and pork. Also why not try this when making risotto or soup for that extra flavour boost. And one final thing – roast potatoes or roast fennel – a match made in heaven.
