Description
The decoration features a branch of ripe lemons framed by green leaves and winding tendrils, painted with spontaneous brushstrokes and bold outlines.
The upper part is crossed by broad yellow brushstrokes that contrast beautifully with the white ceramic, which is intentionally left visible in the lower section to give the design a lighter feel.
The entire scene recalls the terraced gardens overlooking the Gulf of Naples, where fruit-laden branches intertwine beneath traditional pergolas.
