Straight from the Sorrento countryside, the tomatoes, at the peak of their ripeness, are carefully handpicked one by one. To preserve their aroma and texture, they are stored whole in brine, a traditional method that enhances their natural flavor.
They are perfect for sauces, salads, side dishes, and as a filling for pizzas and sandwiches.
