Description
Undoubtedly one of the best Greco di Tufo wines around on the market.
After the harvest, the grapes are passed through a soft press, and the must is allowed to ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
With a pale-yellow colour and golden flecks, the aroma is both elegant and refined. You will note hints of lime rind, grapefruit, aromatic herbs, and fruity notes. This is a well-structured wine on your palate, fresh and mineral at the same time, with a distinct note of bitter almond.
A marvellous wine – a Greco di Tufo worth embracing.
Due to the richness of this wine, its stature, and its alcohol content, enjoy it at its very best with seafood dishes, white meats, and risotto.
