This Fiano DOCG from Avellino “Vino della Stella” 2020 is a very particular white wine, this is not your classic Fiano, instead this offers a rich sensory experience, complex and articulated from the very first sip, to the last drop laves the bottle. Produced purely from Fiano Grapes, using temperature-controlled fermentation, and kept in glass for 6 months after a brief period in barrels, this wine is a truly pleasurable discovery again and again.

The intense colour of yellow wheat fields, with gold flecks glinting in your wine glass. The bouquet is intense, characterised by hints of apricot, pineapple, melon & tropical fruits, enriched with subtle notes of honey, and dried fruits. Upon drinking this is full bodied and mineral, delivering a final elegant hint of almond.
This pairs perfectly with seafood, and cheese filled pasta dishes.
