A refined preserve made with high-quality eggplants, following an ancient peasant recipe, allowing us to savor one of the most beloved and widely used vegetables in Sorrento’s cuisine even in winter.
Perfect as an appetizer or to season bruschetta, salads, and sandwiches.
Ingredients: eggplants, extra virgin olive oil, chili, dried garlic, oregano, vinegar, and salt.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within five days.
