Description
The small tomatoes from our garden on the hills of Sorrento, once ripe, are harvested and slowly dried. To enhance their natural sweetness, they are seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and preserved in extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Gargiulo. The result is a true explosion of flavor.
They are an ideal ingredient for dressing salads or filling sandwiches, pasta, and fish dishes.
Ingredients: cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, capers, sugar, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume within a few days.
