One of the aromatic herbs most used in the kitchen, rosemary, when combined with our superior quality olive oil produced by our family here in the hills surrounding Sorrento, creates an oil whose aroma can only be described as intoxicating. We manage to preserve this wonderful aroma by adding in some additional sprigs of Rosemary into each bottle.
This oil enhances the flavour of meat dishes and is also great with grilled fish. Add to roasted veg in the oven or on homemade bruschetta and bread. This is a must have for your Sunday Roast or for some traditional Italian dishes such as Pasta with chickpeas.
