Luigi Tecce’s Satyricon is a natural Aglianico, born of land rich with sand and clay. Allowed to mature for a year in “tonneau” wooden containers with the fine sediment included, then bottled without being filtered or clarified, means the outcome is an exceptional natural wine. This produces an unforgettable bouquet, which you will get to savour with each sip.
This pairs perfectly with roasted meat, mature cheese, and meat-based pasta dishes.
